At SNAM, we have made great efforts in building international and local relations, as well as in technical, financial, marketing and other matters; Because achieving our goals requires the unification of all these requirements and their progress together in parallel. We are currently - praise be to Allah - at the final point in the journey of building SNAM's industrial capacity, which will enable us in the future to launch industrially and diversify products, God willing. We also plan at SNAM for our products to compete with international companies, and we aim - first and last - to empower the Saudi local industry, and produce 100% Saudi industries that carry the Saudi trademark, and are available to all beneficiaries locally and globally. Because the automotive industry relies heavily on human capabilities and skills, we aim and strive to preserve and develop them, as we have created a special program at SNAM to develop our youth, by providing specialized training programs in the automotive industry with our partners outside the Kingdom, and then implementing them in the SNAM factory. In order to achieve Vision 2030, SNAM's policy is based on empowering Saudi hands, as the percentage of Saudis should not be less than 30% of the company's employees, in the beginning, until we reach the main goal of having Saudis as a minimum of 60% of the company's employees.
